We're Hiring: Senior Cost AccountantWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Cost Accountant to join our team and play a key role in controlling costs, improving operational efficiency, and supporting strategic decision-making. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in Cost Accounting. Strong knowledge of actual and standard costing methodologies. Experience in inventory control, costing, and variance analysis. Good understanding of Accounts Payable processes and 3-way matching. Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. What You'll Do: Manage Actual and Standard Costing processes and analyze cost variances (Price, Usage, and Volume) to identify root causes and drive corrective actions. Lead and maintain strict inventory control procedures, including receiving, stocktaking, FIFO implementation, and accurate COGS calculations. Perform and monitor 3-way matching for Accounts Payable transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance. Optimize cost allocation methodologies and support financial accuracy. Collaborate closely with Operations and Procurement teams to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and enhance cost performance. Prepare cost analysis reports and provide actionable recommendations to management.
