WE’RE HIRING | Sales Engineer & Sales specialist Dolphin Marine Group is expanding its commercial team and looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer & Sales specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, preparing technical-commercial proposals, and converting qualified opportunities into profitable orders. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and develop relationships with prospective and assigned customers. • Conduct customer visits and maintain regular commercial follow-up. • Understand customer requirements and identify suitable technical-commercial solutions. • Coordinate with Engineering, Purchasing, and other relevant departments. • Prepare accurate quotations, commercial offers, and tender submissions. • Ensure all technical, costing, and commercial information is complete before submitting offers. • Follow up on quotations and negotiate within approved commercial parameters. • Secure and document customer order confirmations. • Prepare complete handover information for the responsible execution team. • Identify repeat-business and cross-selling opportunities. • Support customer retention and long-term account development. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering or a relevant field. • Previous experience in technical sales or Direct sales. • Strong technical-commercial understanding. • Very good command of English, both written and spoken. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Strong customer orientation and relationship-building abilities. • Ability to coordinate effectively with technical and commercial teams. • Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
