We are #Hiring! We are looking for a Mid–Senior Landscape & Public Realm BIM Modeler to join our team in #AlUla, Saudi Arabia (On-site) on a full-time basis. Qualifications & Requirements • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. • Minimum 4 years of BIM experience in landscape / public-realm projects, preferably on GCC and government / semi-government projects with formal BEP requirements. • Advanced Revit Site/Landscape and/or Civil 3D experience, including terrain, grading, hardscape, walls, planting, water features, and site furniture. • Ability to produce landscape drawing packages including layouts, grading, setting-out, planting, details, and schedules. • Experience with multidisciplinary coordination using Navisworks, cloud CDE platforms, and integration of survey data, point clouds, and GIS information. • Good understanding of BIM, BEP, and ISO 19650 requirements, including grading, drainage, hardscape detailing, and planting documentation. • Strong spatial and topographic understanding, with experience maintaining landscape families and detail libraries to company standards. • Strong English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage. RCU familiarity and experience with arid-region landscapes or heritage settings are a plus. • Knowledge of InfraWorks, Rhino, Grasshopper, ArcGIS/QGIS, Dynamo, complex site geometry, and AI-assisted workflows is an advantage.
