We’re Hiring | Group Chief Operating Officer (COO) 📍 Saudi Arabia We are seeking an experienced Group Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead operational execution across our Group’s subsidiaries, projects, and affiliated businesses. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Group COO will translate strategy into execution, establish a disciplined operating model, strengthen accountability, and drive measurable business performance across the organization. Key Responsibilities • Lead day-to-day operations across Group companies and major projects. • Oversee real estate, construction, development, and hospitality projects, with focus on cost, schedule, quality, procurement, and risk. • Establish Group-wide KPIs, reporting systems, operating procedures, and performance reviews. • Drive coordination across Operations, Finance, HR, Legal, Business Development, and project teams. • Identify operational bottlenecks, implement corrective actions, and escalate critical matters to the CEO. • Build scalable organizational structures and strengthen management capabilities. • Support the CEO and ownership in executing key strategic initiatives. Ideal Candidate • 15+ years of progressive management experience. • 5+ years in a COO, Operations Director, General Manager, or equivalent senior leadership role. • Strong background in real estate, construction, hospitality, investment platforms, or diversified groups/family businesses. • Proven experience managing multiple businesses and major projects simultaneously. • Strong understanding of P&L, cash flow, project economics, KPIs, and operational performance. • Demonstrated ability to build operating structures and systems from the ground up. • Strong leadership, commercial judgment, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities. • Experience working directly with CEOs, owners, and boards. • Saudi Arabia or GCC experience is strongly preferred.
