Operations Specialist 📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia We are looking for an Operations Specialist to join our team and manage the customer journey from onboarding to activation, quality assurance, support coordination, and annual renewals. Key Responsibilities: - Manage customer onboarding and conduct welcome calls. - Verify contracts, payments, devices, and onboarding requirements. - Build and configure customer menus accurately. - Coordinate customer activation and aggregator integrations. - Follow up with the Activation Team to ensure integrations meet agreed SLAs. - Conduct quality checks on menus, integrations, and order flows. - Coordinate with Customer Success to resolve customer issues. - Follow up on annual contract renewals and outstanding payments. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational records. Requirements: - Strong communication and coordination skills. - Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. - - Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up effectively.
