The ideal candidate should have solid experience in preparing and pricing tenders for various projects. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: Review tender documents, specifications, and drawings. Perform accurate quantity take-offs from drawings. Prepare and price Bills of Quantities (BOQ). Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. Prepare technical and financial proposals professionally. Coordinate with different departments (Procurement, Execution, Finance). Ensure timely submission of tenders. Attend pre-tender meetings when required. ✅ Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Architecture). 3–7 years of experience in tendering within construction companies. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel. Strong experience in quantity surveying and cost estimation. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
