We're Hiring: Operations Manager – IT 📍 Location: Riyadh (Saudi citizen's preferred) 💼 Experience: 10+ Years in IT | 7+ Years in Managed Services / Outsourcing 🔔 Notice Period: 30 Days 📋 Employment Type: - Full Time JD:- Key Responsibilities • Lead technical operations and act as the first technical escalation point. • Manage daily operational activities including Incident Management, Problem Management, and Request Fulfillment. • Monitor infrastructure availability and perform preventive actions to improve uptime. • Conduct and review Root Cause Analysis for availability and operational issues. • Manage capacity planning, resource utilization, and performance monitoring. • Ensure operational compliance with ISO and ITIL processes and support operational audits. • Maintain and enhance knowledge base documentation and ensure proper adoption by teams. • Collaborate with stakeholders to remediate operational gaps and mitigate risks. • Track operational performance and provide improvement recommendations. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in computer, Information Technology, or equivalent • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)® • Certified Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA). • Certified Microsoft Certified Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate. • Certified Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate. • Certified Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) • Certified ITIL® 4 Foundation Service Management • Experienced in ISO 27001 • Experienced in ISO 20000 • At least 10 years of experience in IT • At least 7 years of experience in managed services or outsourcing projects • Experienced in setting up IT policies and procedures • Experienced in setting up SLAs Interested candidates please share your updated cv to below email address.
