Job Opportunity A leading real estate company is hiring 🏗️: (Architect) Location📍: Riyadh Key Responsibilities: Support the development of architectural concepts and designs for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Prepare detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials using industry-standard software. Assist in space planning, façade design, and material selection. Prepare construction documents, schematic layouts, and design packages for tender and execution. Review consultant submissions and shop drawings to ensure alignment with design intent and project requirements. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and external consultants to ensure seamless design integration. Ensure architectural designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards. Participate in site visits to monitor implementation and maintain architectural quality. Conduct design research and contribute to design reviews and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture. 1-3 years of experience in architectural design, detailing, and construction documentation. Experience in real estate or large-scale development projects is preferred. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Good knowledge of building codes, design principles, and construction detailing. Strong creative thinking with a good eye for aesthetics and functionality. Excellent communication, presentation, teamwork, and coordination skills.
