𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐓𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐞: Project Manager – Light Current Systems 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Cairo, Egypt (Nasr City) 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐲𝐩𝐞: Full-Time 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of Light Current & Security Systems projects, ensuring scope, timelines, budget, engineering standards, and client satisfaction are met. 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: • Lead projects from site handover through installation, testing, commissioning, and final delivery. • Supervise the installation and integration of CCTV, Access Control, Barriers/Parking Systems, Fire Alarm, Public Address, UVSS, Networking systems and Road Blockers. • Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure project schedules and contract requirements are met. • Manage site teams, project engineers, and technicians, ensuring effective resource allocation. • Prepare project schedules, WBS, progress reports, and variation orders using standard PM tools. • Monitor project financials, cash flow, invoicing, and variations to maintain financial control. • Ensure compliance with quality control, engineering standards, and HSE requirements. 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Communications, or Mechatronics Engineering. • 7–10 years of experience in Project Management within the Light Current, ELV & Security Systems industry. • Strong technical knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion/Fire Alarm, Intercom, and Gate Automation. • Strong skills in site coordination, contractor negotiation, and stakeholder management. • PMP certification or equivalent is a strong plus. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or Primavera. • Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
