✨ Join Our Team at PRE Group ✨ Ready to take the next step in your career? 🚀 We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused professional to join us as: 📌 Contract Supervisor Engineer 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related engineering discipline. - CLAC certification is mandatory. - 5–8 years of relevant experience in contracts management, claims, and commercial administration within the Egyptian construction and real estate sector. - Proven experience working on large-scale mixed-use developments including residential and commercial projects. - Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and other standard forms of contract. 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐝 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧: - Contract Administration - Tendering & Procurement - Variations & Change Management - Claims Assessment & Negotiation - Extension of Time (EOT) - Dispute Avoidance & Resolution - Strong understanding of Egyptian building codes, permitting procedures, and local authority requirements. - Excellent negotiation, analytical, contractual, and communication skills.
