📢 Job Vacancy | Procurement Supervisor 📍 Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Dental Clinics We are looking for a Procurement Supervisor to join our team and oversee medical and administrative procurement for our dental clinics. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage medical and administrative procurement activities. Manage the procurement of dental equipment, medical supplies, office supplies, and other operational requirements. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive prices and quality. Manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery. Coordinate with different departments and clinics to identify procurement needs. Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong supplier relationships. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with procurement policies and procedures. Prepare procurement reports and monitor purchasing activities. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree is required. Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry is preferred. Minimum 4 years of relevant procurement experience. Strong experience in both medical and administrative procurement. Experience in dental clinics or healthcare organizations is highly preferred.
