We’re Hiring | Talent Development Manager . A leading industrial company is looking for an experienced Talent Development Manager to lead and enhance talent development initiatives across the organization. 📍 Location: Jeddah - Saudi Arabia Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of talent development strategies aligned with business objectives. Develop and manage Talent Management, Succession Planning, Career Development, and Leadership Development programs. Identify critical talent and high-potential employees and establish tailored development plans. Develop competency frameworks, career paths, and development programs for key functions. Partner with business leaders to assess capability gaps and develop targeted learning solutions. Oversee performance and talent review processes and translate outcomes into actionable development plans. Manage leadership and high-potential development initiatives. Track and analyze talent development KPIs and provide insights to senior management. Support organizational capability building and workforce transformation initiatives. Requirements: 12+ years of total professional experience, with strong experience in Talent Development / Talent Management / Organizational Development / Learning & Development. Previous experience in industrial, manufacturing, engineering, energy, or other large-scale organizations is highly preferred. Strong experience in Succession Planning, Career Development, Leadership Development, and Talent Reviews. Proven experience working with senior leadership and business stakeholders. Strong knowledge of competency frameworks and talent assessment methodologies. Excellent strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. Relevant professional certifications in HR, Talent Management, or L&D are a plus.
