Key Responsibilities: • Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT issues. • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software. • Troubleshoot network, system, and hardware problems. • Manage user accounts, devices, and IT equipment. • Support daily IT operations and maintain accurate IT records.
