📢 Job Opportunity | Collection Manager We are looking for an experienced Collection Manager to lead collection operations, manage the team, and drive collection performance. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field. Strong experience in collections and receivables management. Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role as a Collection Manager or equivalent. Previous experience in the Banking or Real Estate sector is mandatory. Proven experience in developing and implementing collection strategies and action plans. Strong ability to manage collection teams and achieve assigned targets. Experience in handling overdue accounts and reducing delinquency rates. Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to prepare and analyze collection reports and KPIs.
